Play big with jealousy

We are in middle of a meeting, and we see someone contributing something brilliant to a discussion. Or maybe someday (happens with me more than often) we see a woman cracking a joke and making your lover laugh and he might lie to you about talking to her. We immediately feel insecure and fear creeps in. Is that person better than me? Smarter than me? Would my lover stay happier with her? Should I step back.
Jealousy takes our power away. Reduces our energy. It belittles us or rather we belittle ourselves.
When we see our lover happily talking to someone else and laughing, we feel frozen in fear. Instead of hearing her joke, we let jealousy take something away from our own brilliance. We worry that maybe she is a better mate for our partner. Maybe the love of your lover has faded over time for now he knows every cell of your body, knows all your demons and with that we let our power run away with its tail between its leg.
So how do we play big???
We walk upto that sucker bitch and make friends with it. We ask that fake silicon flexible goddess we silently resent if she wants to go for coffee sometime. We laugh warmly at the joke making our lover giggle and feel grateful that this woman just made his heart lighter.
Jealousy is a valuable teacher. By being jealous you are withholding your lover’s ability to grow and flourish. You take away the chance for their soul to stretch within interactions with people who stumble upon their journey.
You should know this, hear this loud and clear:
IF YOUR PARTNER CROSSES SOUL PATHS WITH SOMEONE ELSE AND FEELS A NEW CONNECTION, THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE THEY WILL LEAVE YOU.
Understand this, like I have and accepted it to remove that unnecessary fear building up within your chest. Remove those web of stories you have built and nip off your insecurities. Shine bright. You are worthy of someone wanting just you.
You cannot suppress the inevitable, there is a chance your partner may not be your “forever”. But he is there right now. So love him to pieces. Be present. Be there. Don’t let jealousy or insecurity diminish even a dime of your power and beauty. You are beautiful in your own way.
